About Del NOrte
Del Norte Ambulance serves Del Norte County and its population of approximately 28,000 residents, plus the many visitors to our region. We operate two stations, Station One in Crescent City, and Station Two in Fort Dick in the north part of the county, which is where the company’s administrative headquarters are located.
Our coverage area includes the communities of Klamath, Gasquet, Hiouchi, and Smith River, along with Crescent City and Fort Dick.
About Del Norte Ambulance.
Del Norte Ambulance is the only 9-1-1 emergency ambulance service in Del Norte County. Privately owned and operated, Del Norte Ambulance has been serving the community for more than 40 years.
Care is supervised and controlled under physician standing orders, with a focus on continual training and high-quality equipment.
Del Norte Ambulanceâs business office works closely with patients regarding billing issues, and features experts in their field regarding Medicare, Medi-Cal and private insurance companies. Custom payment plans can be made. All major credit cards are accepted.
Del Norte Ambulance is a member of the American Ambulance Association, and the California Ambulance Association.
