At Del Norte Ambulance, paramedics enjoy an independent working environment, with challenges in a team-first setting. We operate pre-hospital Advanced Life Support units for all of Del Norte County. Our service responds to 9-1-1 calls and intra-facility requests in our rural service area. Whether youâre a starting paramedic or have served for many years, we have a job for you with many opportunities in training, quality improvement, and other management areas.

Paramedics are trained in Pediatric Advance Life Support (PALS), Advance Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and specialty courses annually. Del Norte Ambulance paramedics operate under progressive standing orders.
